A leading IC design house is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead business development and marketing activities for WiFi and Bluetooth chipset solutions.

This role is responsible for expanding engagement with key ODM/OEM partners, identifying growth opportunities, securing design wins, and enhancing competitive positioning within the wireless connectivity chipset landscape.

The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and customer teams to increase market penetration and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Job Description:

• Partner with ODM/OEM customers to uncover new business opportunities and promote WiFi/Bluetooth chipset solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to secure design wins and expand product adoption.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, gaining deep insight into customer roadmaps and long-term strategies.
• Lead customer programs to ensure successful design-in, development milestones, and product launches.
• Drive revenue growth and market share expansion across strategic accounts.
• Track industry trends and emerging technologies in WiFi and Bluetooth to support strategic planning and differentiation.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of WiFi, Bluetooth, or related wireless communication technologies.
• Hands-on experience working with ODM/OEM customers to achieve successful design wins.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and support teams.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share within key accounts.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, networking, wireless connectivity, or related industries.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
