Job Description:

• Define and implement strategies and roadmaps for thermal solutions, emphasizing liquid cooling and support for ODM markets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to guide strategic planning.
• Convert customer requirements into actionable product specifications and roadmaps, and lead execution of go-to-market and scaling initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and execution.

Partner with mechanical and thermal design engineers to align technical requirements and optimize product performance, manufacturability, and scalability.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-quality thermal solutions that meet customer needs and remain cost-competitive.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, gathering insights and ensuring solutions address key challenges.
• Support sales teams with technical expertise to align solutions with customer objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ODMs and other key stakeholders to establish your company as a trusted partner.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and end-of-life.
• Ensure products meet performance, quality, and cost targets throughout their lifecycle.
• Track product performance after launch, identifying opportunities for improvement or new iterations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulations related to thermal management and I/O liquid cooling.
• Champion and drive innovative solutions that address market gaps or create new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management, thermal engineering, program management, or a related role within the thermal solutions industry.

• Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with customer requirements and business goals.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong decision-making skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
