Job Description

• Lead and oversee the internal audit function, including audit planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting, in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide independent assurance to the Board and senior management on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems, financial integrity, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk-based audit plan covering financial, operational, IT, and compliance audits.
• Report audit findings and recommendations to the Audit Committee and management, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure effective coordination and compliance with applicable standards.
• Advise management on process improvements, operational efficiency, and internal control enhancements to support sustainable business growth.
• Build and lead an effective audit team, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present audit results and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
• Experience in publicly listed technology companies is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
