Job Description

• Execute and manage projects.
• Handle contract performance and dispute resolution.
• Manage engineering procurement and construction supervision.
• Produce as-built documentation and related drawings.
• Assist in developing 3rd-party collaboration mechanisms.
• Oversee warranty, maintenance, and after-sales service management.
• Support the business team in cost estimation during the development phase.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in energy saving and carbon reduction-related fields.
• Extensive project management experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Familiarity with thermal energy, power, HVAC, mechanical systems, lighting, surveillance systems, and carbon emission knowledge.
• Knowledge of energy retrofit engineering technologies and cost estimation.
• Hands-on experience with energy efficiency improvement projects is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in energy-related fields are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
