Job Description

• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap across AI, IoT, and edge computing to align with business objectives and market trends.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and architecture design to large-scale deployment and optimization.
• Drive AIoT platform integration, ensuring seamless data flow between devices, cloud, and AI inference layers.
• Collaborate closely with business and product teams to transform technology insights into commercial solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global engineering team across Taiwan and the U.S., fostering innovation and agile execution.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisitions to strengthen the company’s innovation pipeline.
• Oversee system scalability, data security, and software reliability for mission-critical applications.
• Represent the company’s technology vision to investors, partners, and key customers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software, hardware, or AIoT product development; at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in AI-driven IoT or edge computing solutions (e.g., smart city, industrial IoT, intelligent devices, or mobility systems).
• Hands-on experience with IoT data platforms, edge AI, or embedded intelligence is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-border teams and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
