Job Description:

• Lead the finance function, including accounting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive profitability.
• Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally in technology or electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Experience with global operations and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
